How is this process different than a traditional listing?

Our company is a full service property buyer. We are not representing the sellers and are closing on the property ourselves. This expedites the closing process and guarantees the price that we agree on is the number that you will walk away with at closing!

Are there any fees to working with Equity2Care?

Not at all! We cover all closing costs associated with the sale of the property, and since there are no real estate agents involved there are no commissions to be paid. You will never be charged for working with our company, even if you decide to go with another offer after our consultation.

What is the typical timeline for closing?

The average closing timeline is 30 days, but depending on the situation we can close in as little as 10 days. Compared to a traditional listing this process can take on average of 6-8 months. Our team is flexible and can work on your timeline to ensure a smooth transition.

How do you calculate your offers?

Our offers are not a simple calculation on every home we underwrite. Property condition, resale value and speed of sale all are taken into consideration when making our offers. This is a case by case calculation and can be further explained at the property walkthrough appointment.

Do you only purchase homes with cash?

Not always! We pride ourselves on providing win-win solutions to all of our clients, and in certain instances an all cash sale doesn't make sense for the homeowner. We can provide a creative solution to maximize the equity in a property through our Equity Assurance program. Your property expert can explain this option at your walkthrough appointment.

What if I don't live near the property I need to sell?

No problem at all! As long as our team can gain access to the property for our initial walkthrough we can still provide multiple offers for the purchase. We work directly with reputable title companies and closing attorneys across the nation and can provide a mobile notary to handle all the paperwork from the comfort of your home, free of charge.
